We are a rapidly growing, invitation-only community of private investors sharing deals, insights, and contacts. With a focus on alternative and off-market deal flow, shared benefits, and investor services, we serves as a kitchen table around which highly engaged high net worth individuals can discuss and debate compelling, unexpected opportunities in emerging sectors.
We are looking for a BizOps Specialist to support our business during an exciting period of growth. Reporting to the Head of Operations, the successful candidate will support in launching new product lines and scale the existing product suite. As a part of this work, the BizOps Manager will maintain a member-facing presence to high net worth individuals while working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure a best-in-class customer experience through the our platform.
The successful candidate will be process-driven, creative, and capable of user-first thinking. This will be a data-driven role with customer-facing expectations. Prior experience working with executives, investors, VIP customers, highly preferred. An entrepreneurial mindset and cross-functional appetite is necessary. This is a role best suited to an individual interested in building in a white space, driven by efficiency, and excited about customer-facing account management work to grow a community in the alternative investment ecosystem.
Responsibilities include:
● Develop, launch, and scale product lines based on member needs and strategic initiatives
● Act as a cross-functional operational champion to design, implement, and refine business processes across
platform experience including: sales, deals, community, events and retention
● Data-driven to support analytics related to tracking engagement metrics across CRM, member database, and website
● Support the management and optimization of our member onboarding experience
● Handle inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs
● Lead in the iteration of process and operations across the organization
About you
● You have 3+ years of experience working in an operationally-heavy role developing scalable processes in a startup environment
● Familiarity with no- and low-code products, including Zapier, and Airtable
● Data management, analytical and problem solving skills
● Professional experience in a sales or customer experience role; enterprise/executive customers preferred
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills; acute attention to detail
● Comfort working in a startup high growth, ambiguous environments
● Strong quantitative and technical skills
● Entrepreneurial and self-determined
● Located in NYC
Comp Range:
100 - 120K + equity
