Operations Manager - Las Vegas

CELINE is looking for an Operations Manager to join its team at the Las Vegas Boutique, in Nevada!

YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT

The Operations Manager plays a key leadership role within the flagship location. This position will act as the “right-hand” of the Store Manager.

YOUR IMPACT

• Act as a business analyst, consistently monitoring the store sales performance to support the Store Manager in driving the business.
• Function as the leader of the store when the Store Manager is not present.
• Serve as a business facilitator, ensuring the highest level of operational efficiency.
• Guarantee the right omnichannel strategy is being deployed in store, accompanying any organizational change needed at store and staff level.
• Confirm all processes are implemented and in compliance with legal, regulatory.
• In partnership with Store Manager, ensure the client experience comes first and that every process is built or carried out with client service in mind.

KEYS FOR SUCCESS

Competencies:

• Previous experience within an omnichannel environment.
• Proficient in all Microsoft office programs with particular strength in Excel.
• Able to successfully lead people and processes, inspiring change within a dynamic environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Superior attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills.

Education/Experience:

• 10+ years of retail experience with a concentration in retail operations, preferably within a luxury environment.
• College degree or equivalent preferred.
