Operations Manager - Recruitment & Staffing Firm (Must have experience in a staffing firm)

New York City, Midtown

Hybrid/Flexible working model

Unlimited PTO

Possess the ability to work at pace, on a number of varied tasks at any one time?


Ideas on how to assist the growth of a business looking to increase its headcount in the US?


If so, this could be the role for you!


Our staffing and recruitment client is based within midtown, New York City. The owners of the company have created a new role for an Operations Manager, who will be a vital cog in the Senior Management Team going forwards.


Primary responsibilities in this role include:


  • CRM Systems/Process Management and reporting
  • On boarding team members as they grow
  • Updating procedure/policy around facilities, business activity and HR
  • Invoicing/Accounts/Payroll
  • Office Management


The ideal candidate will be currently working in an Operations Management role within Staffing and Recruitment.
