Operations Manager

Rochester, NY


JK Executive Strategies is excited to partner with a reputable consumer services company in search of an Operations Manager to integrate the owner’s vision into a highly accountable, profitable service organization. Our client is committed to establishing long-term, mutually satisfying relationships with their team members and clients. The Operations Manager will have a service-first mentality and can drive the organization to be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and family-oriented.

This position offers a challenging work environment that will never leave you bored. The Operations Manager is a hands-on position that will focus on client satisfaction first. We are looking for a leader who will treat the business as if it were their own. You will work closely with the owner, team, and customers to identify and deliver excellent, friendly, and timely services.


Requirements

Responsibilities

  • A university degree, preferably with a major in business or equivalent.
  • Results-oriented with a sense of urgency while being motivated by success.
  • Minimum of 5 years in a service-oriented, distribution, or trade business
  • Ability to identify talent, hire, lead, manage, and bring accountability to all team members.
  • Well-organized with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and follow through.
  • Dynamic and outgoing with excellent interpersonal, listening, and communication skills.
  • Self-starter with a proactive team-oriented management style.
  • Ethical with the ability to hold the team accountable to company standards.



Salary Range: $85,000 - $110,000
