Role and Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the General Manager, we are searching for a Operations Manager with at least 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing company, where she/he is supposed to have seen all main company processes.
The main role will be related to managing the daily activities in purchasing, receiving and sales order fulfilment/shipment.
Main tasks:
- Upon release of Sales forecast, proceed with planning and release of necessary Purchase Orders to suppliers
- Monitor warehouse activities related to:
- Timely update delivery dates from suppliers to provide Sales with feasible delivery plans to final customer
- Update Purchase Orders status on ERP systems, upon receipt of goods
- Monitor stock level to ensure proper service level to final customer
- Receipt of material from suppliers
- Incoming inspection
- Material management
- Preparation of released Sales Order for shipment
- Managing IT and other facilities vendors
- Maintain Product Data and costing on ERP system
- Processing of RMA and service requests and “hands-on” verification of repair and operational status of product processed by Powersoft's Factory Authorized Service Centers (FASC)
Technical skills:
- Bachelor degree Engineering or Management
- Knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle and SAP preferred)
- Processing of RMA and service requests and “hands-on” verification of repair and operational status of product processed by Powersoft's Factory Authorized Service Centers (FASC)
- 5 years experience in a manufacturing company, with knowledge of main Business Processes
- Skilled in MS Office and Excel
