Position: Operations Management Consultant - VoC, Strategy and Change Management

Location: Crystal City, VA

Remote/Hybrid: hybrid- 2-3 days a week onsite

Compensation: 65-75/hr W2, with full benefits

Terms: Contract thru 2027+option years

Requirements: Active Secret, BA, 7+ years of experience

Organizational Consultant: Voice of the Customer (VoC), Strategy, Change Management, and Training Lead.

• Develops Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the VoC program to share with new members of the team, and to ensure consistency across Customer Experience (CX).
• Develops VoC onboarding guidance and documentation.
• Analyze workshop outputs and prepares briefs/supporting products that portfolios and program offices can put into action.
• Performing human centered design activities in support of VoC strategy and strategic plan including organizational design and management, governance, and training.
• Responsibilities include:
• Plan and facilitate in person and/or remote user working group sessions (or design thinking workshops) in support of VoC initiatives; develop agenda, prepare materials, manage rosters, and coordinate logistics.
• Define and manage CX metrics.
• Develops high quality briefings, reports, and internal and external communications.

Position Qualifications Required:

• Background and applied experience in industrial/organizational (I/O) Psychology, Human Factors, Human Systems Integration, or related field
• Knowledge of research methods including usability research and survey design
• Applied experience that demonstrates the ability to solve human centered design problems
• 3+ years’ experience in Voice of Customer / Customer Experience

Position Qualifications Desired:

• Knowledge of DoD acquisition
• Ability to create high quality briefings, reports, and internal and external communications
• Time management skills needed to support various projects simultaneously
• Training or certification in Design Thinking (to facilitate Design Thinking Workshops)
• Ability to facilitate knowledge elicitation sessions, user working groups in support of the human centered design process
• Knowledge of Agile or the Scaled Agile framework (SAFe) for software development
• Strong writing skills with a keen attention to detail
