Strategy consultants play a critical role in driving the success of SingleStone by providing strategic guidance and leadership to our clients. As the Strategy Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative strategies that address complex business challenges and drive sustainable growth. You will connect strategic direction to SingleStone’s execution capabilities, collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage with clients at various levels of the organization, and provide thought leadership to shape the firm's strategic direction.

• High-level understanding of successful technical foundations, approaches, methodologies, ways-of-working and architectures.
• Expertise in conducting thorough analyses of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and internal capabilities to identify growth opportunities.
• Expert presentation skills, with experience sharing findings and strategic recommendations to clients in a compelling and persuasive manner.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills

• Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor on strategic matters.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the consulting team, ensuring high-quality project delivery.
• Lead collaborative work with clients to define their strategic priorities and provide actionable recommendations.
• Lead the development and dissemination of thought leadership content, including white papers, articles, and case studies.
• Lead and manage the successful execution of strategic client engagements
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
