Creative Gurus® is a boutique consumer product development firm, located in Scottsdale, AZ, that’s focused on bringing product innovation and brand growth strategies to our clients.Our firm works directly with the largest retailers in the US and Canada and is looking for an individual that is willing to roll up their sleeves and get involved in the “execution” of designing, manufacturing, shipping, and selling products to big-box retail.

As our Ops/Fulfillment Coordinator, you will report primarily to the CFO but be engaged with our entire Sr. Management team.This position serves many functions and is engaged through the entire design and sales process. We are looking for an individual that is not only able to execute the responsibilities of the position, but will bring new and fresh ideas to improve branding and operational strategies for our clients.We need someone that can recognize a need and go find the resolution instead of waiting back for the next assigned task.

Primary Responsibilities

·Coordinate sales flow tracking between sales, manufacturing, logistics and accounting.

·Support management of product / packaging pricing and create ad-hoc cost analysis.

·Mange warehouse logistics and fulfillment with e-commerce and domestic sales teams.

·Manage inbound and outbound inventory needs.

·Coordinate communication with manufacturing partners.

·Engage with the e-commerce team in the execution of websites and e-commerce platforms;

·Engage with the product development team in the coordination of engineering, IP attorney, 3^rd party consumer product testing facilities;

·Support accounting in purchase order management, data entry and financial reporting.

·Support Sr. Management in onboarding new clients, vendors or manufacturing partners.

·Support accounting in reconciliations and retailer compliance.

Qualifications

·Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience;

·Experience within CPG industry;

·Proficient with Microsoft Office software;

·Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel functions necessary to create and analyze spreadsheets;

·Excellent written and verbal skills;

·Must be self-directed and able to work independently;

·Must be able to function in high-paced environment with constantly changing priorities.

Benefits / Salary

Salary:$55,000 - $75,000

Insurance: 100% Employee Medical / Dental / Vision

Vacation:Take it when you need it (within reason)

Profit Share:10% of Net Profits are prorated among the entire team

Retirement:IRA where we match up to 3% of salary
