The QMS Operations Manager serves as the liaison between the quality department and nursing/ancillary departments. Performs administrative and secretarial duties for the Quality Department/Medical Staff. Works collaboratively with physicians and clinic office managers, nursing directors and ancillary directors to facilitate projects affecting the facility. Responsible for coordination of quality monitors and assist with regulatory compliance.

Education REQUIRED: High school graduate. Requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with ability to manage computer systems including, but not limited to - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, Google Sheets.

Experience REQUIRED: Previous healthcare experience preferred.
