Tri Pointe Homes Washington is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic individual to join our talented group as an Operations Coordinator.


Position Highlights: The Operations Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Customer Care and Construction departments. It will act as a liaison between departments to ensure business, as it relates to operations, runs smoothly and is communicated clearly.


Position Responsibilities


  • Order and coordinate the delivery and permitting of all sales and construction offices
  • Buyer Packet Management, including the ordering and creation of all buyer packets
  • Verify, update, and maintain homeowner and property information in related databases and warranty files
  • Manage On-call schedule
  • Create and maintain various software and Excel reports
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Monitor Customer Survey Response Rates and Reports, name corrections as needed
  • Create new subdivision lot files for office and field construction records as well as create subcontractor contact lists with phone and fax numbers
  • Manage all aspects of Safety including WISHA requirements for all field team members, Safety Software Administration, Construction Safety Supply Management
  • Maintain Landscaping and Cleaning Report
  • Create and assign 30-Day, Mid-Year and Year-End Customer Appointments
  • Field Uniform Ordering
  • Process reimbursement and check requests related to warranty to owners when appropriate
  • Prepare, update, and edit detailed, confidential correspondences, forms, reports, and presentations with conscientious attention to detail that generates high-quality output
  • Research invoices and purchase order issues
  • Provides general administrative support, handling routine matters, for Construction and Customer Care departments
  • Track open items at home closing


Position Qualifications


  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Familiar with scheduling software, preferably Smartsheet
  • Demonstrated competency in efficiently handling multiple tasks and working independently in a dynamic and fast-paced setting
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with internal team members and external parties
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Proven ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with individuals using exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  • Highschool diploma or GED required Minimum of 3 years of experience, specifically in a field related to land development or real estate


Compensation & Benefits


  • Bonus: This position is eligible for an annual performance-based cash bonus. Bonuses are earned, calculated and paid in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Company’s applicable incentive plan document.

  • Base Salary: The expected Base Salary range for this position is between $22.36-35.05 per hour, equivalent to $46,500-72,900 per year, depending on experience and skillset. Base Salary is paid bi-weekly, every other Friday.
