Financial Services Firm Seeks Operations Associate
We are an independent Registered Investment Advisory firm located in Satellite Beach, FL seeking an Operations Associate to join our growing team.
Position Overview
We are looking for a team member who is excited at the prospect of contributing to the growth and success of our business.
Initial Key Areas Of Responsibilities

• Responsible for transfer of assets from new/existing clients to Schwab
• Prepare custodian paperwork for clients including but not limited to new account applications/money movement applications/paperwork for client services (journals, check requests, wires)
• Manage portfolio administration platform
• Learn firm’s portfolio administration platform (within 90 days of hire)
• Compliance reporting – 529 review, Best Execution, Due Diligence, Fee testing, Support of Compliance liaisons

Requirements
Key Qualifications:

• Experience with Orion Advisor Tech reporting system preferred.
• Openness to new ideas, new people, and new approaches to solving problems.
• Solid personal and professional judgment.
• Must be able to work independently and as a team player.
• A minimum of 5 years of financial services industry experience.
• Empathy and great active listening skills.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience required.
• The ability to think clearly, communicate succinctly, and write well.
• A strong team orientation. A willingness to help other team members grow.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft office.
• Drive and grit in overcoming obstacles.
• Must be detail oriented and have great organizational skills.
• Experience with custodian, Charles Schwab
• CRM (Junxure) experience a plus.
