Operations Administrative Assistant Jobs

Unifour Fire & Safety, a Southeastern leader in full-service fire protection inspections and repair, is seeking a Sprinkler Operations Administrative Assistant for the Fire Sprinkler Department. Hours for this job are Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm.The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.

Requirements

• Strong computer skills, ability to learn Scheduling specific software (Service Trade) quickly
• Experience handling a large call volume & customer service issues
• Position starts at $20/Hr
• Strong phone and email communication with customers in a timely manner required
• Dispatch/Scheduling and billing experience
• Know/learn geography of North and South Carolina for scheduling
• Team player
• Motivated to learn and advance in career
• Ability to learn Fire Sprinkler Operations and how systems work - from inspections, to repairs & Service / emergency calls
• Organized and very detailed with notes & communication

Duties:

• Contacting customers to schedule annual Fire Sprinkler Inspections
• Additional Duties as required
• Assist Fire Sprinkler Team with coordination of Technicians
• Assist with billing for Fire Sprinkler Department
