Onsite Technician Helper Jobs

We are looking for a self-starter On-site Apartment Technician Helper to deliver the desired customer service experience. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention, and increases profitability.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels etc.)
• Assist with the general upkeep. maintenance, and cleaning of office, common areas and model unit
• Maintain accurate records regarding all work-orders, preventative maintenance, and make readies
• Report any observed violations of community rules and regulations
• Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace windows etc.)

Requirements

• Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime
• Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices
• Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
• Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; Certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology or relevant field will be a plus
