This unique and essential role is designed to provide backup and support for our committed Hospice & Home Health Nursing Team during the evening hours and weekends. As a key member of our Team, you will respond to urgent calls, providing immediate assessments and interventions as needed, and ensuring continuity of care for our patients. Desired Skills & Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in state of practice 2+ years Home Health / Hospice experience as a Registered Nurse required Ability to utilize full range of movement to transfer patients Effective verbal & written communication & time management skills Valid Driver's License (clean record) & reliable transportation.
