Position Summary
Are you the missing link our small team needs? We are seeking an Office Manager to join our team of three agents. As the Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our company. We're in search of an organized, self-starting professional who excels in both administrative tasks and client interactions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, an effective communicator, and a diligent worker.
Primary Responsibilities
Take ownership of the daily office experience and transaction management, including client event coordination.
Provide administrative support, including answering calls, conducting research, managing emails, and handling team requests.
Schedule Meetings, Client Showings, And Other Essential Appointments.
Prepare and format documents as needed.
Perform general office tasks such as restocking supplies, managing deliveries, and ensuring office technology runs smoothly.
Handle Other Clerical Tasks And Errands As Required.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Supervisory responsibility: Oversee virtual marketing assistant and delegate tasks to a virtual transaction coordinator.
Travel
10-20% travel for pre-listing appointment preparation and event planning and execution.
Hours: Primarily during regular business hours, with occasional nights and weekends for client appreciation events.
Requirements
Education/Experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities efficiently.
Willingness and aptitude for learning new tasks and responsibilities.
Self-starter with the ability to identify and complete tasks proactively.
Proficiency in modern business software and tools, including MS Office, Google Business Suite, Dropbox, CRM, and project management tools.
Preferred Education/Experience
Passion for Real Estate or a strong desire to excel as an Office Manager.
Experience in supporting a small team environment.
Previous Experience In Real Estate Is Preferred.
Team player with a sense of ownership.
Friendly, professional, energetic, and outgoing personality.
