Job Description

TGG Accounting has partnered with a client in the Chandler area of Arizona that is looking is to add an Office Manager. The position will oversee a variety of essential tasks that keep their construction projects on track.


Salary Range for this role: $55k - $65k DOE + Benefits

Daily Schedule: 5 Days on-Site


Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:


Key Duties:

  • Answering Phones: Professionally manage incoming calls, direct inquiries to appropriate team members, and provide exceptional customer service to clients and partners.
  • Collaboration with Estimators: Work closely with estimators to gather necessary information, specifications, and data required for accurate bidding and project planning.
  • Strong Follow-Up: Maintain proactive communication with team members, clients, and partners, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and projects progress smoothly.
  • Company Car Maintenance: Coordinate maintenance, service, and repairs for the company vehicle(s) to ensure they are in excellent condition.
  • Front Desk and Client Interaction: Be the welcoming face of the company by greeting clients and visitors, creating a positive first impression of our company.
  • Mailing: Handle outgoing and incoming mail, ensuring accurate and timely distribution of correspondence.
  • Walk-Through Coordination: Coordinate and schedule project walk-throughs, ensuring all necessary parties are informed and prepared for site visits.
  • Bid Preparation: Assist in the preparation of bids for construction projects, collaborating with relevant teams to compile accurate and detailed proposals.
  • Ordering of Supplies: Monitor office supplies inventory, place orders as needed, and maintain an organized stock of essential materials.


Qualifications:

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
  • Proficiency in office software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Previous experience in office management, administration, or a related role, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Prior experience in bid preparation and project coordination is a plus.
