This role is required to be in office- Carmel, Indiana.
- Guides PEP thru onboarding process.
- Will communicate critical items to the office and be point of contact
- Ensures printing and stationary for office are supplied and order as necessary.
- Is the location liaison and works with building management
- Works with DMs to ensure data in Smartsheet is accurate
- Works with Technology Manager to ensure PEP receives materials and technology.
- Assists with RBG support (unit reports, mailings)
- Assists with projects such as Branch of the Future and Network build out.
- Point of contact on securing local files and devices for terminated FPs.
- Handles AWP devices for office.
- Organizes moving with local vendors if FP’s move and move out of office
- Answers phones & greets clients
- Local point of contact for all new associates.
- Works in concert with Technology Manager around local troubleshooting of Lexmark and Network.
- Provides Recruiting Assistance
- Preps interview materials for DMs
- Manages conference rooms.
- Supports CRM function.
- Ensures DMs have resources for meetings
- Works with DMs in office around interview prep material and organizes.
- Enforces health and safety and SOP.
- Ensures checks, correspondence, and other critical mail are received and processed expeditiously.
- Role will administer company policy at the local level and act as Field Liaison for the Region/ Headquarters
The base salary range for this position is $45,000-$66,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to understand and complete tasks with high levels of precision
- Proactive decision-making skills
- Understanding and implementation of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with Financial Professionals, VP’s and Complex Operations Manager
- Managing multiple priorities that can include multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites with the ability learn and implement new software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in business
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
