Job Description
Job ResponsibilitiesKeyboards complex materials such as resumes for clients, weekly and monthly statistical reports, unit meeting minutes, and vouchers for clients in training. Updates the computerized client file to reflect changes in address and office designation. Conducts computer clearances for the purpose of purging case files by verifying status of cases/customers. Serves as receptionist. Maintains files of forms, reports, and supplies. Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above. Minimum Qualifications Requires knowledge, skill, and mental development equivalent to completion of high school. Requires one year of related office experience. Requires ability to keyboard at 35 wpm. Conditions of Employment Requires ability to operate commonly used manual and automated office equipment and perform routine maintenance. Work Hours: 8:30am
