Job Purpose


Office Administrator duties and responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This position supports the needs of both our branches and the Head Quarters through a variety of administrative and facilities related tasks.


Duties And Responsibilities


  • Assist with maintaining employee rosters...
  • Other duties as assigned by leadership for the Facilities and Office Service Departments.
  • Assist with collecting approvals from team members for individual department invoices.
  • Assist with office supply order approvals.
  • Sign for and log all shipments and notify team member that shipment has arrived. Ensure team member signs log when shipment is retrieved from reception area
  • Assist guests visiting Headquarters.
  • Oversee and monitor the Home Office JIRA tickets for Office Services.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including shipping, scanning, and notarizing.
  • Assist with sorting the daily mail
  • Hand out office supplies and first aid items to team members as requested.
  • Assist with placing office supply orders.
  • Assist with creating shipping labels for mail shipment.
  • Answer incoming calls and transfer to the correct departments.
  • Assist with placing lunch orders when requested for Headquarters
  • Assist with daily check processing.
  • Print and cut name plates for Headquarters team members and hang the name plates.
  • Serve as Home Office receptionist.


Minimum Qualifications


  • Must pass drug screen, criminal and credit background checks.
  • 1-3 years of experience with office management or customer service
  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • Valid Driver’s License and access to a dependable automobile with liability insurance coverage.
  • Computer literacy


Preferred Qualifications


  • Previous experience in a related field
  • Bachelor’s degree
