Job Description

A Fort Lauderdale based large yacht management firm continues to seek top professionals that strive for results driven exceptionalism in an environment of mutual support and well-being.


We have a staff of forty professionals with an international clientele. This position welcomes individuals with a positive and collaborative nature while also being dedicated to accuracy and completeness in their work.


Requirements:

  1. Minimum of two years of professional administrative support experience.
  2. Must have the willingness to work with other Administrative Assistants as well as report to more than one manager.
  3. Must have the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  4. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Must be extremely organized with strong attention to detail.
  6. Must be proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe.
  7. Candidates with strong IT and software utilization skills will be given extra consideration.
