Onsite Support Lead
Provides support to Real Estate Agents and Branch Leader to ensure the operational success of the company.The Onsite Support Lead functions as a liaison between Agents and the Onsite Leader. They are responsible for providing direction and support for agent execution in the office.They possess a positive can-do mindset.They are also energetic, personable, technology savvy, a quick learner, a great communicator, and detail oriented.They have the ability to work discretely, independently, and balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The Onsite Support Lead will be deadline driven, a proficient time manager, extremely organized, and persistent.They will possess problem-solving skills and remain flexible and open to new ideas.
Education
·High school diploma
·College hours preferred
·Real Estate Salesperson license required
Experience
·2 - 5 years of relevant experience
·Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams, OneDrive)
·Proficient working inside of web portals
·Real estate experience preferred

Responsibilities
·You are a power user of all company related software
·You have an expert understanding of all company offerings
·Provide one-on-one training to new and existing agents on Gary Greene platforms ensuring proper set up and usage
·Meet with agents to ensure the execution of plans outlined during coaching sessions
·Regular training of Gary Greene technology and systems utilizing central curriculum and schedule
·Troubleshoot any challenges agents are encountering
·Track and document attendance and completion of training sessions and courses
·Run reports as required
·Manages new hire onboarding process and paperwork, coordinating with central staff
·Assist with preparation and presentation of office sales meeting
·Schedule, coordinate trainings and attend meetings at the office, including companywide and Gibraltar affiliate events
·Attend all Coaching Corners
Routine Duties:
·Perform daily office opening and closing procedures
·Manage front desk, answer phones, and warmly greet guests and agents with a smile and positive attitude
·Attend daily huddles, weekly tactical meetings with Onsite Leader(s), and other meetings as scheduled.
·Review agent personal information on profiles such as language, phone number, designations, photos (reviewing a minimum of 4 agents per week.)
·Monitor agents usage of IMPACT resources
·Monitor agent’s accounts receivable balance
·Manage, update, and monitor office Property Time calendar
·Generate information sheets and maps for office property tours
·Distribute mail, log and process checks, open and process office invoices,permits, etc. and direct them to appropriate parties and departments
·Prepare office correspondence and memos as needed
·Assign and track SUPRA lock boxes and yard signs
·Assist branch leader in organizing office events
·Order yard signs and supplies for office
·Maintain office equipment
·Stock and clean break room and supply closet
·Other duties as assigned
