Occupational Therapist – Adult Acute Care- Full Time

Evaluate, plan and provide occupational therapy treatment programs for patients whose injury, disease, or loss of body part interferes with daily functioning. Provide skilled intervention using varieties of techniques that are appropriate to achieve identified goals. This position will start on the acute care, and have the opportunity to rotate throughout the continuum of care including the inpatient rehabilitation unit and outpatient.

The hours for this full-time position are Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm with an alternating Tuesday-Saturday schedule and rotating holidays.

Preferred Criteria

• National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) Certification
• 2 years of acute care experience preferred, including ICU
• Masters in Occupational Therapy

Required Criteria

• NYS Occupational Therapist License within one year of hire
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
• NYS Limited Permit (application submitted upon hire)
• BS degree in Occupational Therapy

$98,429-$120,000/Annual
