Description
1. Provides professional nursing care and education to promote health and wellness of employees.
2. Utilizes comprehensive evaluation skills to assess employee response to clinical care and education to enhance the employee's health and wellness outcome.
3. Documents nursing care according to policy.
4. Coordinates applicant's physical exams, drug testing and immunizations.
5. Coordinates employee's work-related incident reporting, medical surveillance exams, Eorkers' Compensation, disability case management, employee assostance plan and medical record keeping.
6. Provides and coordinates required employee immunization programs to ensure compliance with regulations and company policy.
7. Provide counseling and crisis intervention for issues such as substance abuse, psychosocial needs, wellness and health promotion concerns and work-related concerns.
8. Implement programs that support positive lifestyle changes and individual efforts to lower risk of disease and injury and create an environment with balance among work, family, personal, health and psychosocial concerns.
