If greater than 10%, 2 times per week required. Unvaccinated associates require weekly PCR or Saliva test(STATE SWABS NOT ACCEPTED) ; if positivity rate is greater than 10% 2 times per week required. Results must be in hand and brought to the community. Agency employees may not work in the community until the negative result is received. An attestation confirming this initial negative result is not acceptable to begin.
