Job Description
The Quality Dialysis Nurse is a licensed Registered, Vocational, or Practical nurse with at least 2 years of experience providing hemodialysis treatments to populations diagnosed with End Stage Renal Disease.
Job Duties:
Deliver in-home Hemodialysis treatments to assigned patients
Discuss patient needs with interdisciplinary team and patient’s family to ensure needs are met
Attend Quarterly Nurses Meeting (January, April, July, October)
Required Licenses/Certifications:
Valid Texas or Compact State Nursing License
Basic Life Support Certification
Valid Texas Driver’s License
Valid Auto Insurance
