Position Details

Adult Male Patient

• Acuity Level: G-Tube, Trach, Vent
• Location: Buckeye

• Schedule: Overnights – 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM – (All DaysOpen – Partial Coverage Available)

About case: Patient is an adult malepatient who is needing help 7 days a week. This family is an amazing and kindfamily to work with. You can work part time or full time on this case and donot have to work every single night. There is a lot of flexibility when itcomes to working for Maxim Healthcare Service's!
(We offer training for these skills if you donot have experience!)
Responsibilities

• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses
• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care
• Other Registered Nurse (RN) duties as assigned
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psycho-social changes in the patient’s condition
• Performs focused interview to identify specific patient needs
