Meritage Homes is currently seeking New Home Sales Counselors. We offer a 90-day paid training program that combines class work and on-the-job training under the guidance and supervision of a mentor. During this training program, you will gain extensive knowledge of the homebuilding industry, as well as, sales techniques and practices specific to Meritage Homes. This program was designed specifically to build the foundation needed to create “top sales producers”.

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Keen Listener
• New Home Sales experience preferred, but not required
• TN Real Estate License (preferred, or in the process of obtaining)
• Ambitious
• Ability to prospect, build relationships, and develop marketing strategies
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays
• Disciplined
• Self-Motivation
