Position Summary:

As an Implementation Coordinator,you will work with the SHARx team to successfully onboard new clients and build trustworthy relationships while transitioning them from the Sales team to their Account Manager.You will also be responsible for managing program or vendor changes for existing clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Participates in regularly scheduled pipeline calls with preferred vendors
• Communicate and coordinate data needs from the PBM
• Act as the direct contact for clients and brokers during the implementation period
• Establish timelines and deadlines
• Gather all implementation documents
• Completes ad hoc projects as assigned
• Uploading data into SHARx portal and Salesforce
• Communicate with internal teams as needed through the implementation
• Coordinate and running kickoff meetings
• Participating in open enrollment meetings, if requested by broker or client
• Answer day-to-day onboarding questions

Position Requirements:

• Understanding of the business requirements for the project and ability to develop effective working relationships and ongoing management processes for the project and client
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills required
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills along with the ability and willingness to work under pressure at times
• 1 – 3 years project management or coordination and/or implementation management experience preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience preferred
• Ability to resolve problems quickly and escalate related issues as needed
• Ability to provide new ideas and establish new processes when necessary
• 1 – 3 years healthcare industry experience preferred
• Ability to efficiently organize work and manage time to meet deadlines, especially during high-volume season
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; primarily Microsoft Excel
