Position Summary:
The Client Implementation Specialist implements product sales and onboarding for new customers.
- Develops plans and coordinates cross functional teams to implement customer programs as stated in proposals.
- May customize implementation in order to meet client requirements.
- Provides technical support to clients after the initial sale of the product, troubleshoots technical problems.
- May provide technical training to customer's staff.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree and 3 years related experience required.
Preferred:
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications, and Salesforce CRM.
- Experience in a client facing role
- Project Management experience
