Responsibilities:
Position Summary:
The Client Implementation Specialist implements product sales and onboarding for new customers.
  • Develops plans and coordinates cross functional teams to implement customer programs as stated in proposals.
  • May customize implementation in order to meet client requirements.
  • Provides technical support to clients after the initial sale of the product, troubleshoots technical problems.
  • May provide technical training to customer's staff.
Qualifications:
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree and 3 years related experience required.

Preferred:
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications, and Salesforce CRM.
  • Experience in a client facing role
  • Project Management experience
