About the position

• Travel is up to 20% of the time within the US and Canada
• Supports New Center Business Consultants with communication and training of new franchisees
• Helps franchisees create business plans; trains on various programs including point of sale, financial analysis
• Coordinates and assists with franchise site visits, training sessions and other related activities in partnership with New Center Business Consultant and Training Teams
• Guides new franchisees pre- and post-opening by advising on brand standards and best practices holding them to account when needed

What We Need
Education/Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a business, financial or related field or equivalent work experience
• Sign, print, or visual communications background preferred
• Google Workspace highly preferred
• Valid Driver’s License and passport with acceptable driving record and ability to travel internationally (primarily to Canada)

• Excellent organizational skills - must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and set priorities as required
