Overview A New Customer Specialist is a customer service professional who is responsible for onboarding new customers and helping them to get the most out of their products and services. They provide support to customers throughout the entire customer journey, from initial contact to post-purchase follow-up. Detailed Job Description A New Customer Specialist is responsible for providing excellent customer service to new customers. This includes answering customer inquiries, providing product and service information, and helping customers to set up their accounts. They must be able to troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
