Peraton is seeking a dynamic Network Technician.

• Telecom skills- Troubleshooting issues such as drop calls within the Call manager and CCSD environment
• Deploy and install patches/fixes related to custom Gadgets
• Deploy and install new gadgets
• Must be adept at quickly understanding what is required to develop compelling value for both Peraton and our client.
• Submits change control requests for deploying gadget fixes and changes
• Escalate to Cisco Finesse solution out-of-the-box problems
• Provide Tier-3 support for the Finesse application
• Cisco Telephony software knowledge( Cisco Call Manager/ICM, Finesse …etc)
• Call Center Analyst skills
• Perform systems management and integration functions. Experience and knowledge of UCCE (Linux).
• Address Finesse application configuration issues
• Provide Tier-3 level support for custom gadgets
• May analyze or recommend commercially available software.
• Configure Finesse version upgrades
• Provisioning UCCE accounts
• Good Troubleshooting skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience working with the software development life cycle on information and communication technology projects
• Minimum 2 years of Agile Project Management experience
• Bachelor's degree and 0-2 years of relevant work experience or High School Diploma and 6 to 8 years of experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or related field
• U.S. Citizenship; must maintain a Moderate Risk Background Investigation (MBI) security clearance
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical position working with Cisco UCCE software solutions

• Must be able to communicate effectively at different levels within the organization, to include senior management and operations personnel
• Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point, strong relationship building skills & communication skills
• Must be able to think strategically, act tactically and deal effectively with competing priorities and deadlines, must be able to handle multiple tasks ina fast paced environment
• Must be a team player, proactive, and possess excellent problem solving, and organizational skills
