The successful Network Administrator will have hands on experience providing essential IT support to end-users across an enterprise. Ideally we are looking for someone who has maintained network and server operations, along with overseeing the general progress of the IT Help Desk escalations. With no entertainment industry experience required, it is a fantastic opportunity to get on board with a globally admired entertainment organization and make a leap into one of the most exciting industries in the world!

Required Skills/Experience:

· Experience managing and supporting day-to-day systems, with updates and maintenance across infrastructure networks and server systems, including critical patching

· Experience working with partner vendors during maintenance, support, or project-related tasks

· Experience managing the configuration and status of monitoring systems

· On-Prem and Cloud based server monitoring experience
