Morning Grill Cook Jobs

Kneaders Bakery and Cafe (Riverwoods) is currently hiring a Grill Cook morning shift - 6am -2pm. Are you a fast worker able to adapt to different situations? Do you also love fresh food? We do this by offering fresh, high quality food, provide comfort to the guests and building meaningful relationships with our guests, community, employees, vendors and suppliers. We are looking for individuals who can help provide fresh food, promote a comfortable environment and enhance caring relationships to join our team. Kneaders is looking for a highly motivated grill cook with a desire to learn and grow who can help us build the brand, develop others, and deliver results. Kneaders is growing quickly providing many opportunities for growth for those who excel and develop into an outstanding performer. Responsibilities:

• Must be hardworking, self-motivated, dependable, and fun to work with
• Must be able to work during holiday season
• Exhibit a cheerful and helpful attitude
• Some food/restaurant experience is preferred, but not required
• Maintain a professional appearance and grooming standard Qualifications:
• Must be an approachable, welcoming, people person who is a team player, and must be teachable
• Prepare all breakfast orders neatly and 100% accurately while displaying a great sense of urgency
• Understand and follow proper food, serving food, and clean up procedures
• Must be able to work with a sense of urgency
• Must be organized and meticulous, with a heart for hospitality and a mind to maintain an atmosphere of positive, anticipatory thinking
• Demonstrate a complete understanding of menu items
• Unafraid to ask questions and bring up concerns to management team
• Clean as directed while being certain that all cleaning responsibilities are fulfilled
