The Monogram Training & Development Senior Manager will be instrumental in ensuring Monogram continues on its growth trajectory with a dedicated and focused approach to training. In the luxury market, uncompromising attention to the details are essential to execution. To be successful and reach our objectives, the continued focus on best in class training that ensures a cohesive brand story is developed and delivered that envelopes the differentiating features and benefits for each and every product. This role will manage the strategy, development and delivery of Monogram training across the company with close collaboration with cross-functional partners including Product Management, Sales, Insights, Commercial Learning, Marketing, Agency Partners and Senior Leadership.

How You'll Create Possibilities
  • Reviews training design, training plans, curriculum design, exercises and activities and initiates change to ensure that training programs are accurate, comprehensive, and current to achieve brand goals.
  • Works closely with the Monogram Brand Development Senior Manager and Senior Commercial Director to ensure that the team has the right tools/aids to supplement the training
  • Develops, delivers, implements, and monitors Monogram training programs across the company.
  • Responsible for ensuring a high level of consistency across all training materials.
  • Fully integrate with the product teams to ensure commercial success.
  • Responsible for the development, implementation and ongoing evaluation of a cohesive Monogram brand training strategy across all methods of delivery – in-person, virtual live and recorded content.
  • Identifies long/short range training goals and proposes training and development programs to achieve those goals.
  • Develops and delivers all product line training communication to both internal and external customers. In addition, communicates on training messages monthly/quarterly ensuring brand alignment.
What You'll Bring to Our Team
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in one of more of the following areas: Training, Sales or Marketing
  • Must be willing and able to travel to GEA sites and customers, as needed (approximately 30-40%)
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills
  • Appliance product knowledge
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
  • Expert facilitation skills in a group setting and virtual environment. Ability to dynamically engage, train, and coach various audiences at all levels.
  • Prior experience in product training
Desired Characteristics
  • Previous experience in curriculum development
  • Self-starter; demonstrated excellence in time management, planning and detail management
  • Previous Retail or Contract Area Sales Manager experience
