JOB OVERVIEW:
The Model Barback/Food Runner is responsible for ensuring excellent visitor service standards
are met while staying in compliance and enforcing all applicable SNHD requirements. The ideal
candidate has experience in a fast paced, high-energy environment. The Model Barback/Food
Runner should have an extensive knowledge of health code, policies and procedures and
elevated customer service. The Model Barback/Food Runners are responsible for upholding the
highest of AREA15’s standards at all times. This job description is a summary of duties however it
is by no means an all-inclusive list. It is merely a broad guide to expected duties of the position.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Participate and appear in marketing, publicity, or media materials.
- Pose for pictures, in uniform or designated (logo) apparel, for promotional activities.
- Participate and dress up in costumes for events, movie showings, and/or themed parties.

- Work in an environment that is subject to varying levels of noise, crowds, and smoke.
- Valid work cards (Health, Alcohol Awareness and Non-Gaming)
- Ability to work from a standing position for extended periods of time.
- Must have knowledge of beverages, glassware, and garnishes.
- Must be able to push and lift up to 50lbs.
