Job Description
Join our team at Bua Food Group! We are looking for qualified candidates who are passionate about hospitality to join us for two of Summerlin’s most anticipated Restaurants - Lotus of Siam Red Rock and Naxos Taverna!
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Coordinates with Chef team for daily kitchen setup.
  • Must have SNHD Food Handler card up to date.
  • Deliver food efficiently with clear description to guests.
  • Engage with guests to make sure all needs are met anytime there is interaction.
  • Full understanding of food menu and allergies associated with each dish.
  • Exceed SNHD standards while maintaining a clean workstation.
  • Understand seat numbers to properly deliver food.
  • All other duties assigned.
  • Must have TAM Card up to date.
  • Clear empty plates when possible.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Must be able to stand, lift and bend for extended periods of time.
  • Professional verbal and written communication with guests, co-workers, and leadership.
  • All other duties as assigned.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Vast food knowledge.
  • Must be organized, self-motivated, and proactive with a strong attention to detail.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a full service, moderate to high volume restaurants.
