The Operations Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining a direct relationship with specifically assigned automotive dealers, support launch and performance manager in planning meetings and Mobile Service activities, along with implementing plans to achieve regional objectives:


What Your Day-to- Day Responsibilities Include:


  • Attend Annual Business Plan Meetings
  • Review Mobile Service policies and marketing actions
  • Develop Quarterly Marketing Plan and Monitor Adherence
  • Monitor and motivate dealership Mobile Service personnel to provide excellent customer experiences
  • Create and Work Mobile Service Action Plans
  • Ensure available technology is utilized up to date
  • Conduct Repair Order Analysis as needed
  • Operations Specialist will provide primary operational support to assigned Mobile Service Dealers within District:
  • Will possess Aftermarket Experience; preferably Retail Tire Store Management experience
  • Ability to train and utilize all aspects of automotive service sales
  • Assist dealers with questions regarding Quick Lane or Express Service operations
  • Complete all administrative tasks in a timely manner
  • OEM dealer contact experience is a plus, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Analyzing data from dealer financials and operational assessments to establish improvement action plans
  • Ability to influence the service personnel and mobile service technicians in the training processes and monitoring the results
  • Vehicle Inspection Training
  • Credit Card Solicitation Skills
  • 50% Travel required
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • This position requires proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Internet Explorer
  • Customer Handling Skills
  • Perform on-site Training
  • Overnight travel required
  • Provide visit summaries to Dealer, District Operations Manager
  • Implementation of service advisor selling systems and overall process improvement solutions at the aftermarket or retail level
  • Demonstrated proficiency with PC applications in a Windows environment
  • Ability to leverage relationships to identify and sell the business case for change
  • Have ability to equally accommodate working from home office or remote location
  • Ability to understand, establish and implement effective metrics to keep dealerships focused on growth and ROI

  • Qualified candidates must be highly motivated, self-starters who possess excellent customer relationship, communication and facilitation skills, with a high degree of interest in working in a field environment with minimal supervision. The successful candidate must also reflect an exceptional track record and attributes that includes:
  • Conduct periodic Parts inventory review for Mobile Service Van(s)
