Description


We are looking for a Million Dollar Producer to drive the business development strategy for LeadingIT. This person helps to develop strategic relationships with potential clients and partners. This person oversees business development initiatives to guide them from the opportunity lead phase to the contract phase.


The Million Dollar Producer is able to identify a client’s business needs and work with both the client and LeadingIT.


What this role will entail:


  • Responsible for new sales
  • Build and maintain new business pipeline relationships with intermediaries and prospective clients
  • Run end-to-end pitch process, including assessing initial opportunities, collaborating with key internal stakeholders on pitch deliverables, interfacing with prospective clients, and creating written RFP responses.
  • Participate in strategic development of new business
  • Strong presentation, verbal and written skills as well as proven ability to develop well-written documents and presentations

  • Excellent public speaking and presentation skills
  • Deep understanding and awareness of aligning consumer goals and business goals
  • Proven track record to grow new business
  • Willingness to simultaneously tackle multiple projects and challenges
  • Driven to succeed at work and in all of life, hard work required
  • Passion to rapidly build expertise on new businesses and industry verticals
  • Success generating business with digital and offline tactics (cold calling, event networking etc.)

Our all-inclusive total compensation and benefits package for this role includes:


  • More than 14+ days of paid time off AND two weeks vacation.
  • Salary is based on your experience, drive and the value you can bring our company; and is in the range of $55,000+ year + commissions (100% of first month fee)
  • We match 5% of your contributions to Guideline 401k – value of 5% of salary.
  • We provide 100% company paid health, dental, life, and vision benefits – value of $4,500 to $14,000/year
  • Ascension plan if applicable
  • Company provided gear (notebook + iPhone) as well as company clothing.
