Mental Health Program Manager

We are looking for an individual who is excited about joining a reputable, ethical organization to manage our Mental Health Program from our Longwood Office Location. The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the Mental Health program which serves Orange, Seminole, Volusia and Flagler counties.

A Core Connection is a Community Mental Health Agency that provides Mental Health and ABA Services to Children and Adults ages 2 and up. Services are provided in-home, in-school, in-clinic and in-community depending on the needs of the family and client.

This Longwood-based position will involve the following details:

• Working with other executive leadership to ensure the program’s efficiency and effectiveness.
• Attending monthly meetings with community partners
• Planning, budgeting, writing policies & procedures
• Screening, hiring, training and supervision of clinical staff and office staff
• Implementing mental health best practices consistent with ACC's mission and treatment philosophy

Minimum Qualifications include:

• Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or related field.
• Previous program development or project management experience is strongly desired.
• Must have a reliable, insured vehicle.
• Previous supervisory and program management experience is required.
• 5 years of work experience in the Mental Health Field is required.
• Must have an active Florida LMHC license.
