Men's Knit Tee Designer

Responsibilities:

· Partner with the sales/creative team members to create relevant, powerful graphic solutions for our Men’s knit Tee/ Polo/ shirts including print, photography, visual, and special projects.

· Self-motivated; work within established timelines and proactively share designs/solutions with the team.

· Interface, collaborate, and build partnerships with other functional areas to gain information and better understanding of their marketing and design needs.

· Elevate the image of the brand through design while considering budgets and timeframes.

· Attention to detail throughout the creative and production process.

· Think independently and be proactive at solving problems. Incorporate feedback, give and receive direction well.

· Must have experience of Men’s Tee/ shirt as a product

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Fine Art, Design or Marketing.

· 3-5 years’ experience, willing to try a fresher if Men’s Tee experience in internship

· Retail marketing experience a plus

· Extensive experience with InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop

· Team player, high energy level and a passion for their work

· Strong conceptual and typographic skills

· Demonstrates agility and flexibility for business needs
