Membership Regional Director Jobs

ProVisors is a community of over 8000 senior level, trusted advisors who Know, Like, Trust and Refer business to one another. Our members include attorneys, accountants, bankers, consultants, insurance, real estate, and financial services professionals and represent international, regional and boutique firms. All have the common goal of sharing knowledge and resources to help each other provide exceptional service to their clients and one another. This is a Membership Sales role where you will drive introduction from current members across the county and manage the onboarding and candidate process to reach quarterly goals.

This role is a remote role and the Regional Director needs to be located in Nashville in order to have in person meetings with members. As the Regional Director you are responsible for

establishing and maintaining a robust pipeline of candidates, identify and coach Group Leaders who will run effective chapters in Nashville and determine, plan and manage the opening of new groups.

A healthy networking group should reach the optimum group composition of 35 members per group and you will work with individual Group Leaders, their executive committee members and members to increase quality introductions.

• Identify and source new ProVisors members both from member referrals and community outreach.
• Develop, manage and coach Group Leaders (GL), Group Leader Associates (GLA) and Executive Committee (EC) members in delivering a high quality member experience while being consistent with the ProVisors brand.
• Cultivate community through weekly marketing on LinkedIn
• Plan and lead Group Leader meetings that inspire your Group Leaders to lead incredible meetings.
• Attend virtual monthly group meetings 7am - 9am, socials and community events.
