The role you’ll contribute: The Medical Scribe is there to accompany the physician into the patient examination room to transcribe a history and physical exam, and document accurately the physician's encounter with the patient and others present.

- Accompany physician into the patient examination room in order to transcribe a history and physical exam, and document accurately the physician’s encounter with the patient and others present
- Other duties as assigned
- List all proper diagnoses and symptoms as well as follow up instructions
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with physicians, staff and management
- Document any procedures performed by the physician
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
Minimum qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Computer proficiency and ability to learn new applications
- Medical Terminology and ability to accurately record information
- Able to communicate in English
Preferred experience:
- 6+ months of prior Scribing experience
