Medical Scribe Jobs

TCCH, a well-established, ever-growing, and highly respected healthcare provider in our community is seeking a Medical Scribe. This person will report to their assigned Physician and is responsible for the accurate and timely medical documentation of each patient. Scribe will document the physician dictated patient history, orders, lab tests & results, medications and any other information pertaining to the patient's visit. Record Physician dictated diagnoses, prescriptions, and instructions for patient discharge and follow up.

Scribe should have medical terminology, knowledge of EHR or dragon. Computer proficiency and ability to multitask. High school diploma or GED required. Completion of a medical terminology course or one year medical terminology experience in a clinical setting.

Bilingual English / Spanish candidates will be given top priority.
