The Role

Headlands Research Orlando is looking for a Medical Receptionist / Research Assistant to join our team. This is a crucial role that assists the entire research team in successful completion of our ground-breaking clinical trials.

• Keeping the reception area tidy and observing professional etiquette.
• Reporting to management and performing administrative duties.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Handling basic inquiries and sorting mail.
• 2 years experience preferred
• Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings, and events.
• Experience working with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Performing other administrative tasks, if required.
• Copying, scanning, and filing documents.
• Monitoring office supplies and ordering replacements.
• Welcoming and assisting visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answering telephone calls, as well as screening and forwarding calls.
