FULL TIME/PERMANENT POSITION (Salary + Bonus + Benefits + PTO)
One of America's largest personal injury law firms is growing. They are building a new team of Medical Client Advocates to support the Central Florida area. This individual ideally would come from a clinical environment and have experience working as either an Patient Care Technician PCT), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Certified Medical Assistant, Patient Advocate, Medical Case Manager, CNA, Medical Scribe, Medical Administrative Secretary, Medical Records Analyst/Processor, or Medical Coder.

Summary:
Our client is seeking a client-focused individual with medical experience/background. As Client Advocate, you must be highly organized and able to document client treatment data. A Client Advocate will manage all medical client communication The ideal candidate is a customer-focused and empathetic.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate and escalate client concerns to supervisor.
- Manage active case inventory and customer experience metrics.
- Engage insurance carriers and healthcare providers to secure information and account balances.
- Review and order medical records from providers and communicate records information to clients.
- Daily interaction with clients gathering medical information.
- Work directly across multiple functional groups to coordinate and deliver a strong client experience.
- Interact with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers regarding medical conversations.
- Review medical records and analyze clinical tests and diagnostics.
Qualifications:
- Computer and database expertise, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Must possess the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage workload with a positive attitude and minimal supervision.
- Reading, Reviewing, Synthesizing medical records.
- Experienced with Medical Records, Medical Terminology etc.
- Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong writing and communication skills along with attention to detail.
- Proactive interaction with team, clients, insurance companies and medical providers.
