The IMA Group is hiring! We are looking for a Medical Operations Assistant to work primarily remotely. You will provide direct oversight, management, and training to medical staff and to ensure a clear understanding of our clients and how they will impact IMA's Medical Operations from office to office. Must be able to travel if necessary.

We are not accepting candidates from California, Colorado or Washington states, as well as New York City and Chicago at this time.

The Medical Operations Assistant will:

• Assist with new client start-up as directed.
• Daily staff troubleshooting
• Participate in Medical Operations Committee meetings.
• Daily accounting/billing troubleshooting for labs, E-Screen and Occ. Health.
• Travel if necessary, within reason.
• Ensure medical equipment is inspected and calibrated on a regular basis.
• Work with National Medical Operations Manager as liaison a variety of occupational health clients and vendors.
• Assist with general medical training for clinic staff.

Education-

Required: Medical Assistant training/education.

Experience-

Required: 1-2 years

Our Clinical Research Division performs all types of Phase II-IV clinical trials in multiple therapeutic areas through a flexible nationwide network of site locations and virtual capabilities.
