Medical Office Specialist Jobs

Provide customer service to patients/families, physicians, physician offices, the community and internal departments throughout the SLHS that includes but is not limited to Scheduling tests procedures, treatments and services, determining financial accountability, providing information and referrals proactively, problem solving concerns issues and providing patient instructions and education regarding preparations for tests and procedures.Check in/out patients. Schedule appointments, procedures, labs and radiology. Verify benefits and collect out of pocket expenses.
