Commonwealth Pain and Spine (CP&S) is one of the fastest growing, progressive, comprehensive pain management groups in Kentucky and Southern Indiana. Our team of friendly physicians are all board certified in pain medicine and anesthesiology and take the time to educate our staff. Our facility is brand new with the latest technology. Job Overview:

Commonwealth Pain & Spine is seeking a Physician to provide high quality care that serves to improve the lives of our patients. We strive to provide only the most innovative, safe, responsible, and clinically proven pain relief possible through a less evasive and multimodal team-based approach.

Requirements:


Job Requirements:

  • Must obtain a Kentucky DEA license and maintain throughout employment with CP&S
  • Preferred: Board Certified and Fellowship Trained in Pain Medicine and Board Certified in Anesthesiology.
