Certified Medical Assistant - Salem Health Family Medicine Clinic - Monmouth, Oregon

Salem Health Medical Group is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to join our Family Medicine Clinic in Monmouth. At the Family Medicine Clinic you will be joining a patient-centered care team of physicians and advanced practice clinicians, registered nurses and fellow medical assistants. For this role, the Certified Medical Assistant works closely with patients to prepare them for medical care, performs routine tests, provides treatment and administers medications, fields and conducts patient calls as requested, manages Epic in-basket and prepares/updates charts.

Background/Expertise:

• Current BLS certification from the AHA required.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in either an urgent care, family practice or clinic specialty office required.
• National certification from NCCT, NHA, AMT, or AAMA required
